Work With Me

Put the framework to work.

Three ways to engage, from a focused diagnostic to a full consulting engagement. The two that move fastest — the workshop and the audit — are the quickest way to feel the human layer in your own organization.

The Flash WorkshopHalf-day · On-site or remoteBy inquiryscales with team size

A half-day intensive that runs the human layer in sequence — not a lecture. We start heavy on psychological safety: the organizational baseline, and the AI-specific kind almost no rollout addresses — whether people feel safe to admit they don't understand a tool, write a bad first prompt, and ask the obvious question out loud. Then we transition — because safety isn't the opposite of exploration; it's the launchpad for it. Once the room is safe, we build early confidence with AI through deliberately low-stakes, even playful exercises — the first small wins that make using AI feel survivable instead of threatening.

Your team doesn't just hear the framework; they move through it — and walk out having actually done something, not just taken notes. The depth reveals itself; nothing is held back to sell you the next thing.

Every workshop includes a physical teaching tool — the behavioral mechanics made tangible, built to keep working after I leave the room.

The Rebel Minds AuditThree tiersBy inquiry

A structured diagnostic of whether your organization is ready to adopt AI at the human layer — before you spend on tools or training. It measures psychological safety (the organizational baseline and the AI-specific kind) and adoption readiness across a structured set of proprietary factors. Scoped by organizational seams, not headcount — the barriers live in the gaps between teams, and finding them is the work. Like a structural survey: a six-story building is a bigger undertaking than a single room.

Tier 1 · SnapshotFor small teams & solo operators

A structured self-assessment, a focused diagnostic session, and a short written readout. The low-friction first look.

Tier 2 · CoreFor a single team or small org

One structured session plus a full written diagnostic mapped to the framework — organizational and AI-specific psychological safety, and adoption readiness — with prioritized recommendations. The workhorse.

Tier 3 · Cross-DepartmentalFor mid-to-large orgs

Cross-departmental interviews, safety and readiness measurement across teams, synthesis of the gaps between them, a findings session with leadership, and a prioritized roadmap. Converts directly into full consulting.

Every audit produces one consistent, productized report — the report is the deliverable. And the audit fee credits forward toward your workshop or engagement, so the first step is never a sunk cost.

Every audit is a team- and organization-level diagnostic — it assesses the system's readiness to adopt, never individuals.

Full Consulting — The Adoption-to-ROI LoopBy conversation

The framework delivered as an engagement: the measure → diagnose → intervene → re-measure loop run inside your organization until adoption becomes demonstrated return. This is where self-efficacydoes its work — the engine that keeps people using AI well enough, long enough, to close the gap between adopted and profitable. The highest-value work, and what the rest of this is ultimately for.

Multilingual Workshop SupportAdd-on · Any engagementScoped per engagement

AI training delivered in one language quietly leaves part of the room behind. The people working in their second or third language are the ones most likely to stay quiet, least likely to ask the basic question — and least likely to build the confidence that turns a workshop into adoption. Language access is a human-layer barrier like any other.

So when your team doesn't all share one language — say most of the room is in English, with a tenth in Spanish and a few in Russian — I build complementary materials in each group's stronger language: key-concept guides, glossaries of the exact technical terms, translated exercises, and recap sheets that run alongside the English session. The room stays together in one shared workshop; no one is locked out by language.

AI-assisted for speed, but human-verified — and the human is the point. I worked professionally as a translator and interpreter before this, and I design the training itself. Machine translation alone mangles nuance and technical vocabulary; the edge is pairing linguistic precision with the learning science of why first-language scaffolding raises comprehension and confidence for second-language learners. Every translation is reviewed by a human, never shipped raw from a model.
